Linda is celebrating over 30 years as a full time Realtor/Broker in Longview and the East Texas area. She is committed to keeping herself fully educated on the newest technology for marketing in her profession. Whether counseling with the buyer's on the A B C's of buying a home (beginning with qualifying for a home, finding the right home, closing on the loan and moving in) or working with sellers on the current market value of their home and best marketing strategies including staging for best presentation, advertising and promotion or working with Veterans and Seniors in helping them with questions and decisiond - she always remembers "IT IS ALL ABOUT YOU".
Linda is a member of the National and Texas Association of Realtors and the Longview Area Association of Realtors and was named Reatlor of the Year - 2010.
Linda believes she owes her community a payback for allowing her to be a successful businesswoman. She is an active Ambassador (R.E.A.C.H. Team) member of the Longview Chamber of Commerce and was named Ambassador of the Year 2015. She is Past Charter President of Women's Council of Realtors, past board chair of the City of Longview Partners in Prevention Committee and an active member of The Longview Arboretum and Nature Center, Preservation Longview, Longview Museum of Fine Arts and is a member of and volunteers with other civic organizations in the community. She serves on the board of directors for Longview Federal Credit Union (Exxon/Mobil) . Linda is a member of the First United Methodist Church of Longview.
When Linda takes a break she enjoys nature, gardening, traveling and just being with family and friends. Speaking of family - she has 2 grown sons. Dale in Advertising/Marketing and David Retired US Navy, a Realtor in Austin and Student Veterans Affairs Advisor UT-Austin.
