Men Love This!
1 lb low fat ground beef
1 lb package hot bulk sausage (ground)
1 med. onion, chopped
1 TBS Worcestershire sauce
1 (1lb) box Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 (10 oz) can Rotel tomatoes, drained
1 tsp garlic powder
2 TBS chili powder
1 TBS white vinegar
1 (10 ¾ oz) can cream of mushroom soup
Brown ground beef and sausage. Drain off fat. Add onion and cook till clear. Transfer to a large pot or crockpot.
Add rest of the ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Simmer until cheese melts.
Serve with tortilla chips.
