Reuben Appetizer Squares

2 cups Bisquick
½ cup milk
2 tbs vegetable oil
1 cup well drained sauerkraut
2 ½ oz thinly sliced corned beef, coarsely chopped
2/3 cup mayonnaise
1 tbs pickle relish
1 tbs catsup
1 ½ cups shredded Swiss cheese

Heat oven to 450.  Mix baking mix, milk and oil until soft dough forms.  Press in ungreased 9x13 pan.  Top with kraut and beef.  Mix mayo, relish and catsup; spread over beef.  Sprinkle with cheese.  Bake until cheese is bubbly and crust is brown, 12 to 15 minutes.  Cut into 2 inch squares.
