1 cup hot water
2 cups fresh squeezed lemons
3 qts. cold water
Mint sprigs for garnish (optional)
Place sugar and hot water in a 1 gallon container and stir until sugar dissolves. Add lemon juice and cold water. Stir until well mixed. Pour lemonade over glasses of ice and garnish with a sprig of mint.
